Extra Stop Charges
An additional charge applies when an extra stop is requested on the way to your destination. The applicable charge depends on the reserved vehicle.

Pickup Waiting Policy
Waiting-Time Charges
Airport Pickup
No Flight-Delay Waiting Fee
No waiting-time charge applies to airport pickups when the passenger’s flight is delayed.
Other Pickup Locations
$10 Every 15 Minutes
Waiting time is charged for pickups from homes, offices, hotels, clubs, restaurants, and other non-airport locations.
Reservation Changes
Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ prior notice when a change needs to be made to a reservation.
If the required notice is not provided, a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the base fare will apply.

Local pickup and drop-off reservations require at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice before the scheduled pickup.

48 Hours’ Notice
Cross-border pickup and drop-off reservations require at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice.

Insufficient Notice
50% Base Fare
A cancellation made without the required notice is subject to a charge equal to 50% of the base fare.

Last-Minute Cancellation
100% Fare + Tax
Cancellation at the scheduled pickup time is subject to the full fare plus applicable taxes.

Important No-Show Policy
No-Shows Are Charged the Full Fare
All no-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the fare plus applicable taxes. Please do not leave with another taxi or limousine without contacting us, as the reservation will be treated as a no-show and the total cost will be charged.
